R&D Onboarding Specialist

Ricoh is a leading provider of digital services and innovative solutions to support our customers’ digital transformation and business process optimization. To cope with our business expansion, we are looking a team of talent joining our Ricoh Family.


About Your Role:

  • Develop experimental R&D protocols to optimize onboarding processes for RAG solutions, resolving technological uncertainties in AI usability
  • Design and conduct technical workshops to test and refine R&D outputs, ensuring innovative application of AI solutions
  • Develop and deliver R&D-informed training programs for clients and startups
  • Conduct experimental onboarding to resolve uncertainties in user experience and awareness

 

Does it sound like you?

  • Degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience or skills in technical training/workshops to support R&D validation
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
