Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the selection, leasing, and maintenance of company assets.
- Develop and implement local administrative policies in accordance with regulations established by headquarters.
- Manage the execution of employee benefits and company events, including welfare activities, holiday celebrations, and unique perks.
- Supervise office environment maintenance, visitor reception, property management, space management, and asset management.
- Handle administrative expenses and manage budgets efficiently.
- Execute various daily administrative tasks as required.
- Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by leadership.
Job Requirements:
- Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2 years of administrative experience in a sizable organization.
- Experience and knowledge of the Beauty, Retail, or FMCG sectors is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn; a strong team player.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to accurately record and present data with impact.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
