Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of client inquiries with professional migration knowledge and sales skills.
- Develop a thorough understanding of client cases to provide accurate immigration information and services.
- Proactively close sales cases to meet the monthly sales target.
- Manage post-sale client project processes and foster strong relationships with clients.
- Participate in and assist in marketing and business events.
- Identify business opportunities by understanding the comprehensive service offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Stay updated on the latest immigration legislation and social/economic conditions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Finance, or other related disciplines
- 3 years of successful experience in immigration consulting; candidates with more experience and proven track sales record might be offered the position of Senior Immigration Specialist
- Proficient in providing accurate immigration information or advice and manage complex migration issues
- Able to balance priorities and meet sales targets and deadlines
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus)
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and client servicing skills
- Goal-seeking, initiative-taking, powerful sense of responsibility, commitment, and being a team player
- Registered Australia or Canada immigration consultant/attorney is an advantage
