Job responsibilities:

• Monitor the network infrastructure and identify and troubleshoot network issues.
• Implement solutions to resolve/mitigate network issues and ensure efficient network operation.
• Provide 1st tier technical support for network-related issues.
• Collaborate with 2nd tier technical support for issue escalation.
• Engage and develop positive relationships with customers and partners.
• Document updates on network configurations, inventory, changes, and procedures.
• Respond to network-related emergencies.
• Provide ad hoc support to daily operation

Requirements:

• • Higher Diploma or Degree holders in Computer or Information Engineering or related subjects
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a network engineer
  • Experience in network implementation, technical support and project coordination
  • Holder of CCNP is a must
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Applicant with leading experience will be considered as Senior Network Engineer
