Job Duties:
- Drive global business growth and identify new sales opportunities.
- Manage the sales cycle and maintain client relationships; analyze market trends.
- Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to increase market share.
- Handle customer inquiries and convert them into successful deals.
- Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve plans; prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Attend trade fairs and marketing events; business trips required.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in key account and sales management, preferably in the Garment – Trim & Zippers industry.
- Strong connections with overseas buyers and suppliers (especially Nike, Adidas).
- Experience in building strategic relationships in international business.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, or Marketing.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Excellent leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated and results-oriented with a commitment to quality.
