Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll and compensation & benefits (C&B) for four stores in Hong Kong.
- Serve as the sole HRBP, providing comprehensive HR support to meet business needs.
- Report directly to the Regional Manager and maintain liaison with HQ HR and Administration.
- Monitor and analyze HR-related data, providing optimization recommendations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or above in Human Resource Management or related fields.
- 1-3 years of work experience in the FMCG or F&B industry, with knowledge of HR processes in the restaurant sector preferred.
- Ability to independently handle payroll and benefits matters, with strong data analysis skills.
- Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
