Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of Generative AI Chatbots by handling data pre-processing and prompt engineering tasks.
- Compare various Large Language Models (LLM) on performance and accuracy.
- Responsible for adminstrative and technical tasks for various hypervisors, such as KVM and Hyper-V environment.
- Provide support and handle development works for DevOps container deployment infrastructure and lifecycle.
- React to incidents and conduct troubleshooting, handle user enquiries & requests and system admin works.
- Out of office hours emergency support may be required.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or above in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines.
- At least 3 years experience in sizeable organizations preferred.
- Proficient in Linux and Window Server administration.
- Knowledge of Python, Java Script and PowerShell.
- Highly flexible and able to work in fast-paced environment.
- Good at communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
