Responsibilities:

Administer Active Directory and Azure AD.

Manage and maintain Windows Server (DHCP, DNS, file servers, GPOs).

Troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange 2019 and Exchange Online (hybrid).

Support Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Teams Phone).
-
Monitor network infrastructure (switches, firewalls).
-
Handle IT helpdesk tasks, troubleshoot hardware/software issues on-site/remotely.

Diploma/Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
-
1+ years in IT support/administration; fresh graduates are also welcome.

Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365.

Proficient in PowerShell/command-line for scripting/automation.
-
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
-
Experience with VDI (VMware, Citrix Cloud, or Sangfor VDI) a plus.
-
Certifications (MCSA, MCSE, Microsoft 365, CompTIA Network+/Security+) a plus.
-
