Luxury Brand Customer Service Officer (9AM - 6PM, Mon to Fri) - $24k

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Answer calls and provide professional customer service.
  • Assist with appointment arrangements and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with reception and call center teams.
  • Deliver personalized service to create an excellent customer impression.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years’ customer service experience (retail, hospitality, airline preferred).
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin with strong communication skills.
