Customer Service Representative | Luxury | Aftersales | up to 24K x 13 + bonus

Job Duties:

  • Welcome customers in the high-end reception area and arrange check-in and check-out procedures

  • Answer calls and provide professional and caring customer service

  • Assist in arranging customer appointments and follow-up

  • Work in the reception and call center teams to gain comprehensive work experience

  • Provide personalized, top-level service experience and create an excellent customer impression

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service (retail, hospitality)

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; polished communication and presentation

  • Energetic, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
