Job Duties:
- Oversee counter services to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
- Ensure branch operations comply with the Bank’s rules, guidelines, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the banking sector.
- Team player with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of risk management.
- Preferred qualifications include passing HKSI Papers 1, 7, 8 or equivalent, as well as IIQE Papers 1, 2, 3, 5, and the MPF Intermediaries Examination.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
