Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and Manage: Strategically oversee an engineering team to ensure safe, effective, and efficient handling of daily repair, maintenance, and modification tasks.
• Preventive Maintenance Program: Establish a reliable and efficient preventive maintenance program for plants, vehicles, and equipment.
• Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate workshop activities and the engineering team to meet set targets and objectives.
• Cost Control: Implement effective cost control measures to maximize productivity.
• Leadership: Provide direction to enhance equipment and plant performance, contributing to overall profitability and safety in business operations.
• Additional Tasks: Perform any other assigned duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will possess the following key skills and attributes:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 8 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a managerial role with exposure to heavy machinery.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of HSE and regulatory requirements.
  • Skills: Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
  • Personality: Outgoing and responsible, with excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Teamwork: A collaborative team player who can also work independently under pressure.
  • Language Proficiency: Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
