Responsibilities:
- Maintains Senior Executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling internal and external meetings/calls
- Organize meeting facilities e.g. VC/dial in/meeting set up
- Coordinate and consolidate the meeting agenda and relevant materials for regular IT leadership meetings as well as post-meeting minutes and/or summary for follow-up
- Coordinate, consolidate and analyse the regular strategy, governance and roadmap materials with leadership team for Group and/or Asia regional office
- Assist and prepare the strategy, governance and program management materials incl. PowerPoint deck with guidance from senior executive or his/her delegates
- Expenses reimbursement
- Organize small team events, master the logistics & vendor coordination
- Organize courier services
- New Joiner onboard set up for the team
- Procurement for the team, engage IT vendors for contract management
Requirements:

- 4 - 5 years proven previous experience as an Executive Assistant in IT department.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle stressful situations independently, multi-task, prioritize works and meet strict deadlines
- Pro-active, detail-oriented, highly organised and self-motivated to follow up works in a timely manner
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and diplomacy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to resolve conflicts and make judgement when performing daily duties
- Experience on departmental event execution
