Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations
• Prepare and manage leasing and tenancy documentation
• Handle tenants’ enquiries and complaints
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote retail spaces and optimize occupancy rates
• Prepare reports for management review

Requirement

• Bachelor degree or Higher Diploma holder in a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail property management 
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)
