Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the shopping mall, including maintenance, security, and tenant relations.
- Coordinate with service providers and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and other services.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Assist in managing tenant leases, including renewals and compliance with lease agreements.
- Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, fostering positive relationships.
- Monitor and report on property performance, including occupancy rates and maintenance issues.
- Prepare and manage budgets for property operations and maintenance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional activities and events.
Requirement
- Diploma in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in property management or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
