Premium Retail & Hospitality Channel Promotion
Collaborate with high-end department stores, boutiques, luxury hotels, and fine dining venues to secure core placements, wine list features, and exclusive events that elevate the brand’s prestige. -
E-Commerce & Private Channel Development
Partner with top e-commerce platforms to drive data-driven campaigns targeting premium consumers. Expand into private channels such as elite clubs and corporate networks for gifting or exclusive event opportunities. -
Brand Marketing & Visibility
Plan and execute brand marketing initiatives to communicate brand value. Ensure product displays and promotional activities align with premium standards and market expectations. -
Market Analysis & Strategic Insights
Collect and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences. Deliver actionable reports to support business and marketing strategies. -
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Regulatory Compliance
Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to plan and execute market-specific activities. Ensure operational efficiency while maintaining compliance with import/export, tax, and local regulatory standards.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields

Experience:

8-12 years in premium consumer goods or retail sales, with 4-6 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of retail or distribution channels in Asia Pacific, Europe & US with proven market development and client management experience.

Demonstrated success in sales management, account management, or business development, ideally in premium consumer goods.

職位概述
作為【國際市場銷售經理】,您將常駐香港,負責指定國際市場(包括日本、韓國、新加坡、馬來西亞、緬甸、法國、美國,不包括旅遊零售)的銷售成長、品牌推廣與客戶管理。您將與高端零售商、分銷商及重要客戶合作,提升市場佔有率、開拓新商機,並鞏固品牌在各市場的高端定位。
主要職責

市場開發與通路管理
開發並管理國際市場(日本、韓國、新加坡、馬來西亞、緬甸、法國與美國)的零售與分銷渠道,協商合作夥伴關係,提升品牌曝光度與產品市佔率。 -
銷售策略與目標管理
擬定並執行年度與季度銷售計劃,針對主要市場與重點通路(如高端百貨、精緻餐飲、電商)分配銷售目標,追蹤進度並即時調整策略以確保達標。 -
高端客戶關係經營
建立並維護與高價值客戶(高端零售商、全球分銷商、奢華酒店)的長期合作關係,確保產品於核心通路的最佳陳列與推廣效益。 -
合約談判與價格/促銷策略
主導與經銷商、零售商的合作協議與價格談判,規劃符合品牌高端定位的促銷活動與價格策略,確保市場競爭力與獲利能力。 -
精品與餐旅通路推廣
與高端百貨、精品專賣店、奢華酒店及高級餐廳合作,爭取產品於核心陳列與酒單曝光,並策劃專屬活動以強化品牌形象與消費體驗。 -
電子商務與私人通路開發
與知名電商平台合作推動數據導向的行銷活動,拓展高端消費族群;同時發展高端俱樂部與企業通路,推廣作為高級贈禮或私人活動專用商品。 -
品牌推廣與行銷執行
組織品牌行銷活動,傳遞品牌核心價值,確保產品陳列與推廣符合高端市場之標準與消費者期望。 -
市場分析與策略建議
定期收集並分析市場趨勢、競爭者動態與消費者偏好,撰寫市場洞察報告,支援整體行銷與業務決策。 -

學歷
- 商業、行銷或相關科系學士學位
經驗
- 8 至 12 年高端消費品或零售銷售經驗,其中 4 至 6 年具備管理職經驗
- 深入了解亞太、歐洲與美國的零售或分銷渠道,具備成功的市場開發與客戶管理經驗
- 曾於高端消費品行業擔任銷售管理、客戶管理或業務拓展職位並取得實績
- 專注於傳統零售與分銷渠道的經營與拓展
技能
- 出色的銷售計劃制定與執行能力,擅長數據分析與KPI監控
- 優異的談判技巧與客戶管理能力,熟悉國際零售商與分銷商合作模式
