Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations: account opening, fund management, trade settlement, reconciliation, and transaction monitoring.
- Define and track KPIs for service quality and compliance.
- Implement SOPs and risk controls in line with SFC, AML/CFT, and licensing requirements.
- Manage escalations and resolve exceptions, disputes, and risk events.
- Drive continuous process automation for efficiency and risk control.
- Establish and enhance management data and operational reporting systems.
- Collaborate with Product and IT teams to upgrade back-office systems and workflows.
- Ensure operational alignment with regulatory expectations.
- Support operational readiness for new business and product launches.
- Coordinate with shared service teams for seamless cross-border execution.
- Participate in SFC inspections and internal audits.
Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in brokerage, digital wealth, or financial operations.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end operations and transformation projects.
- Familiarity with HK, US, and A-share market settlements and corporate actions.
- Experience in cross-border coordination or group shared services is a plus.
- Preferably holding Type 1, 2, 4, or 9 licenses.
- Strong knowledge of SFC rules, AML requirements, and internal control frameworks.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-department collaboration capabilities.
- Familiarity with back-office systems and reporting platforms.
