We are seeking a passionate and experienced Global Travel Retail Manager to join our Hong Kong team, driving success in duty-free channels across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America.

 

Job Overview:

As the Global Travel Retail Manager, you will be based in Hong Kong, overseeing sales growth, brand promotion, and channel management in global duty-free shops (airports, ports, and cross-border platforms). You will collaborate with international duty-free operators to enhance market share and explore new market opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Channel Development & Management: Develop and manage duty-free channels in APEC, Europe, USA negotiating partnerships to boost market presence.

  • Sales Target Achievement: Formulate and execute annual/quarterly sales plans, allocate targets to channel partners, monitor progress, and adjust strategies to meet goals.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with key duty-free operators and regional distributors, addressing logistics, settlements, and market support to enhance satisfaction.

  • Contract Negotiation & Promotions: Lead contract negotiations, design promotional campaigns, and develop pricing strategies, balancing the brand’s premium image with channel profitability.

  • Brand Promotion: Organize client meetings and brand events to convey brand value, ensuring in-store displays align with premium standards.

  • Market Analysis: Collect market trends, competitor insights, and consumer preferences, delivering reports to support marketing strategies.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance: Partner with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to plan duty-free campaigns, ensuring supply chain efficiency and compliance with customs, tax, and brand regulations, mitigating risks.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience:

  • 8-12 years in travel retail (duty-free) or premium consumer goods, with 4-6 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of duty-free operations in APAC markets (Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, Singapore), with experience in Europe (France), North America (USA), or emerging markets (Malaysia, Myanmar) preferred.

Languages:

  • Fluent in English, Mandarin & Cantonese

職位概述:

作為【全球旅遊零售經理】,您將常駐香港,負責全球免稅店(機場、港口及跨境平台)的銷售成長、品牌推廣與渠道管理。您將與國際免稅營運商合作,提升市場佔有率並開拓新市場機會。


主要職責:
  • 渠道開發與管理: 開發並管理亞太、歐洲與美國的免稅渠道,協商合作夥伴關係,以提升品牌市場能見度與銷售表現。

  • 銷售目標達成: 制定並執行年度/季度銷售計劃,為渠道夥伴分配目標,監控進度並調整策略以達成業績目標。

  • 客戶關係管理: 與主要免稅營運商及區域分銷商建立長期合作關係,處理物流、結算及市場支援事宜,提升整體客戶滿意度。

  • 合約談判與促銷策略: 主導合約談判,設計促銷活動與價格策略,兼顧品牌高端形象與渠道利潤。

  • 品牌推廣: 舉辦客戶會議與品牌活動,傳遞品牌價值,確保店內陳列符合高端標準。

  • 市場分析: 收集市場趨勢、競爭對手資訊與消費者偏好,撰寫分析報告以支援行銷策略制定。

  • 跨部門協作與合規管理: 與行銷、物流與財務團隊合作,規劃免稅市場推廣活動,確保供應鏈效率並遵守海關、稅務及品牌相關規定,降低營運風險。


理想人選條件:

經驗:

  • 8 至 12 年旅遊零售(免稅)或高端消費品經驗,其中 4 至 6 年具備管理職經歷
  • 深入了解亞太地區(如香港、韓國、日本、新加坡)的免稅營運流程
  • 曾有歐洲(如法國)、北美(如美國)或新興市場(如馬來西亞、緬甸)經驗者優先

語言能力:

  • 流利英語、普通話及粵語
