Responsibilities

- Lead group-level financial planning and analysis (FP&A) across Asia and international markets, including budgeting, forecasting, and business performance reviews.

- Prepare monthly management reports with in-depth analysis of key financial and operational KPIs.

- Partner with regional and global teams to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making.

- Monitor financial performance across markets including Hong Kong, Macau, Korea, Japan, Singapore, Myanmar, USA, France, and Malaysia.

- Drive cost efficiency and profitability through proactive financial analysis and scenario planning.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business expansion and market optimization.

- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes, tools, and reporting systems.

- Support ad hoc analysis and reporting to senior management and HQ.
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.

- Qualified accountant (HKICPA, ACCA, CPA Australia or equivalent) is preferred.

- Minimum 10 years of relevant finance experience, including 5+ years in FP&A roles, ideally within multinational FMCG, premium spirits, or luxury retail companies.

- Strong regional exposure, with experience managing financials across multiple APAC and global markets.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- High commercial acumen and ability to translate numbers into actionable insights.

- Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).

- Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders.
