Responsibilities:
- Develop technical instructions for Platform Screen Doors.
- Lead digitization of Field Service operations to improve data collection.
- Manage and monitor a team of Field Service Technicians for maintenance improvements.
- Propose and implement cost-effective enhancements to maintenance services.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to enhance data-driven maintenance.
- Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Liaise with customers to coordinate work and generate reports.
- Ensure data governance for accuracy and security.
- Promote a data-driven culture through training and support.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English; Chinese skills are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Experience in Field Service or E&M industries.
- Strong IT skills and understanding of Internet technologies.
- Knowledge of the railway industry preferred.
- Team management and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail with documentation and presentation abilities.
- Data interpretation skills and ability to communicate technical concepts.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of asset management and maintenance cycles.
- Familiarity with data governance and Six Sigma (DMAIC).
- Experience in Root Cause Analysis.
