Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement customer acquisition and deposit growth campaigns that align with business goals and growth targets. This involves identifying target audiences, crafting personalized messaging, and creating engaging creative assets.
- Analyse customer data and behaviour to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and retention. Utilise data to evaluate campaign success and make data-driven decisions to optimise strategies.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including customer acquisition cost (CAC), and prepare reports and presentations on growth metrics for senior management.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to execute product launches and customer communication plans.
- Work closely with the UI/UX team to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
- Monitor external factors including local market trends, competitor activities, demographics, and local regulatory changes. Partner with the product team to ensure products meet customer needs while maintaining competitiveness, compliance, and profitability.
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business, or related fields.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to retail banking products and campaign management.
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions in ambiguous or uncertain situations.
- Energetic and positive attitude with the ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines and pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with data analysis tools or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Proficient in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a strong plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
