Responsibilities:
- Strategic Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration among 18 District Councils, ensuring alignment with government policies and community needs.
- Policy Development: Assist in the formulation and implementation of local policies that enhance community engagement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with government agencies, community organizations, and council members to support district initiatives.
- Meeting Facilitation: Organize and lead meetings, delivering presentations and discussions in both Cantonese and English.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on district-specific issues, providing insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in public administration or community engagement.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Cantonese and English.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
