Responsibilities:
- Review the original content and rewrite it in the target language (Chinese/English).
- Create and update dotcom content, including FAQs, videos, and simulators.
- Manage content quality and user satisfaction for the website's customer support section
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in journalism or a writing-related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in managing website content or design.
- Excellent in Chinese word processing.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to effectively multitask and prioritize workload
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented attitude and mindset.
- Fluency in both English and Cantonese
