Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support while being actively involved in the day-to-day operations
- Assist his/her supervisor in planning, promoting and organising sports and recreation activities
- Review the profitability and success of each activity scheduled with his/her supervisor
- Provide courteous and professional services at all times in handling Members' enquires and their complaints
- Lead Sports and Leisure Co-ordinators and Sports and Leisure Attendants in serving Members and their guests
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in the leisure or recreation fields
- Strong in leadership, excellent interpersonal skills with initiatives to interact with customers and staff
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
- With relevant academic background will be definite advantage
- Hands-on experience of MS Office applications
