- Prepare and oversee dishes like Pad Thai, Pho, Laksa, and Rendang.
- Innovate and create new menu items.

Kitchen Operations:
- Manage food prep and ensure smooth kitchen workflow.
- Monitor inventory, food safety, and hygiene standards.

Team Leadership:
- Train and supervise kitchen staff.
- Delegate tasks and ensure teamwork.

Quality Control:
- Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and cleanliness.
- Follow and enforce food safety standards.

Cost Management:
- Minimize waste and manage food costs.
- Source quality ingredients within budget.
Qualifications:

Candidates prefer is Malaysian or Singaporean and specialized in Asian Cuisine, would be good if he or she understands Halal cuisine.
- Strong leadership and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
- Minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience in prestigious hotels or fine-dinings with 2 years in a similar position
- Good knowledge of the latest market trends and contemporary food presentation know-how
- Experience in all day dining and banquet food production
- Solid hygiene knowledge in HACCP
- Excellent people management practices with good communication skills in English and Chinese
