Responsibilities:
- Oversee product selection, including textile and beauty product categories, monitor sell-through performance, and manage cost control for the HKG retail, wholesale, and e-commerce business.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and the GM Assistant to drive product sell-through in alignment with the buy plan while ensuring proper execution of assortment strategies.
- Coordinate preparations for tradeshows, including creating presentations, managing product costs, arranging product samples, developing sales catalogues, consolidating orders, and placing them.
- Support the Product Purchasing Leader in OTB planning and assist with seasonal write-off preparations.
- Conduct data entry, track category performance, and perform post-launch product analysis by reviewing sales data and gathering customer feedback.
- Generate regular business reports, including sales performance summaries, inventory updates, and rolling forecasts, for internal teams and brand principals on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and participate in special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Advanced Diploma or higher in Fashion, Textile, Beauty, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in buying or product planning within the Textile and Beauty industries.
- Experience in Apparel, Textile, or Beauty Retail, with knowledge of assortment planning and OTB being an advantage.
- Strong passion for Fashion and Retail, with a sharp sense of trends and products.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work well in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and spoken proficiency in both Chinese and English.
- Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for the Senior Product Executive role.
- Willing to travel for business purposes.
