HRBP (International Web3 Company)

Job Responsibilities:

          1. Strategic HR Partnership

            • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insights and solutions that align HR strategies with organizational goals.

            • Partner with leadership to understand business needs and provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management strategies.

          2. Talent Acquisition & Retention

            • Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract top talent passionate about Web3 and blockchain technologies.

            • Develop and implement strategies to retain high-performing employees, fostering a positive employee experience.

          3. Employee Engagement & Culture

            • Champion a culture aligned with the values of the decentralized Web3 ecosystem, promoting transparency, trust, and collaboration.

            • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and action plans.

            • Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring alignment between company values and employee practices.

          4. Learning & Development

            • Identify training needs and implement learning initiatives to upskill employees in blockchain, Web3, and leadership skills.

            • Facilitate career development programs and succession planning to support employee growth.

          5. Change Management

            • Support organizational transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of changes.

            • Provide guidance during periods of rapid growth, restructuring, or other transitions.

          6. HR Operations & Compliance

            • Ensure compliance with global HR laws and regulations relevant to remote, hybrid, and decentralized workforces.

            • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.

            • Partner with HR teams to develop and implement policies and processes that support a decentralized and remote-first workforce.

          7. Data-Driven Decision Making

            • Leverage HR analytics to provide insights into workforce trends, employee performance, and engagement.

            • Use data to recommend solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

Requirements:

          • Experience:

            • 5+ years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role, preferably in a tech or startup environment.

            • Experience working in or understanding the Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industry is highly desirable.

          • Skills:

            • Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies to business goals.

            • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and credibility across the organization.

            • Proficiency in HR analytics tools and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

            • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, decentralized, and remote work environment.

          • Knowledge:

            • Understanding of Web3, blockchain technology, and decentralized ecosystems is a strong plus.

            • Familiarity with global employment laws, compliance, and policies for remote-first companies.

          • Education:

            • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, or CIPD) are a plus.
