1. Responsible for information flow advertising of the company's financial app in mainland China.
2. Responsible for advertising on major media platforms such as Baidu, ByteDance, UC, etc., analyzing user groups and formulating appropriate advertising strategies.
3. Control the creativity of advertising content and advertising strategies, operate accounts with refined methods, and regularly summarize the performance of advertising materials.
4. Responsible for channel ROI, with incremental growth as the core goal, monitor and analyze account data, and continuously optimize costs;
5. Analyze competitors' market advertising strategies, understand industry trends and traffic trends.
6. Collaborate with internal product and operations departments to improve business conversion rate.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
2. More than 2 years of advertising experience on Baidu/ByteDance/Tencent/UC platforms.
3. Familiar with the advertising rules and operations of Baidu search and information flow platforms.
4. Strong data analysis, logical thinking, resource integration, and insight skills.
5. Strong learning ability, positive work attitude, and high sense of responsibility.
6. Financial industry experience is preferred.
