Responsibilities:

• Oversee project timelines from system design and analysis through to implementation, UAT, and deployment

• Conduct business analysis and gather user requirements for eCommerce systems

• Bridge communication between business users and technical teams

• Guide developers in delivering business solutions, create Test Plans, and lead UAT

• Prepare system documentation, including requirement specifications

Qualifications:

• • • • • • • • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Operations Management, or related field

              • 3+ years of experience in business/system analysis (retail systems preferred)

              • Strong skills in requirement gathering and documentation

              • Familiarity with MySQL, Java, JavaScript; Product Development/UAT experience is a plus

              • Proven experience in software testing

              • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

              • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

              • Fluency in Cantonese and English
