Responsibilities:

1. • • Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision for AI-driven financial solutions, aligning with business goals and user needs

     • Roadmap Development: Create and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on user feedback and technical feasibility

     • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, AI Innovation Labs, Product, and finance domain experts to design and implement AI-powered features

     • Requirements Gathering: Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications

     • Develop and maintain project documentation

     • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement

     • Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, throughout the project lifecycle to ensure all key stakeholders are apprised of progress and issues are resolved in a timely manner

     • Market Research: Stay updated on AI advancements, blockchain technologies, and industry trends to propose innovative data-driven solutions

     • Contribute to building a culture of data excellence and AI adoption within the department

Qualifications:

• • • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred

    • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI or machine learning products

    • Prior experience with a fast paced MNC/startup is highly preferred

    • Proven track record of delivering complex, data-driven products from ideation to launch

    • Prior experience in the Finance transformation space

    • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts

       

    • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

    • Knowledge of Financial processes

    • Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements

    • Proficient in evaluating and implementing digital tools and technologies

    • Strong strategic vision and innovative mindset

    • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

    • Experience in the crypto industry is a plus
