Prepare meeting minutes, reports & presentation materials

Document control & procurement control

Handle and oversee the full spectrum of office administration services such as office supplies, courier, housekeeping, etc

Requirements:

Diploma holder or above, preferably in Business Administration or related disciplines

2 - 3 years of office administration experience, preferably in Internet/Web3/Cryptocurrency field

Strong coordination, communication and interpersonal skills

Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing

Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
