Job Duties:

- Manage logistics workflows, including shipment planning & execution, import/export procedures & documentation, warehousing and inventory control management, budgeting, cost control & improvement, and benchmarking
- Manage and liaise with 3PLs (incl. KPI tracking) as well as internal departments for logistics and shipment matters
- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure order fulfilment through effective production & logistics planning, sales & purchase order creation, invoicing, import/export handling, shipment execution
Requirements:
- Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or related disciplines, is preferred
- 5 years of working experience in the supply chain and 3PL management
- Experience in handling Sea, Truck, & Air shipments and Dangerous goods products
- Excellent command of computer literacy in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Base salary with double pay + annual bonus
