Job Description

• Design and implement security solutions including firewalls, VPNs, Anti-DDoS, PAM (CyberArk), and endpoint DLP systems
• Conduct regular vulnerability scans using Tenable/Qualys and monitor threats via SIEM to ensure compliance
• Provide Tier 2 technical support for network devices (Cisco/Juniper/Fortinet) and troubleshoot complex issues
• Optimize configurations for routers, switches, and load balancers to enhance network performance and reliability
• Lead network topology design, create technical documentation, and coordinate with vendors and clients
• Collaborate with SOC teams, conduct security audits, and perform penetration testing

Requirement

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer or related subjects
• 5 years of combined experience in network engineering or security operations
• CCNP/CCIE certification required; CISSP/PCNSE certifications preferred
• Technical Skills: 
• Security: Firewalls, VPN, CyberArk, vulnerability mgmt
• Networking: Routing/switching (OSPF/BGP), cloud (AWS/Azure)
• Tools: SolarWinds, Tenable, SIEM
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Familiarity with ITIL service management framework and project coordination experience.
