Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for overseas study courses.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key partners, agents, and institutions to promote our courses.
- Lead a sales team to effectively promote and sell overseas study courses.
- Provide guidance and support to sales team members to enhance their performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Travel domestically and internationally to attend conferences, events, and meet with partners and clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the education or related industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
