Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with front-line account managers and team leaders to secure mandates as the lead manager, arranger, or underwriter.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks to identify opportunities for primary and secondary syndicated transactions.
• Provide regular updates on market trends and investor interests, advising on loan pricing and distribution strategies.
• Promote and manage the sell-down of the bank's loan portfolio, including preparing necessary documentation for transaction closures.
• Develop information memorandums and packages.
• Work with front-line teams, loan operations, legal advisors, and other relevant departments to finalize loan documents and assist in fulfilling conditions precedent for drawdown.
• Contribute to the formulation and execution of business strategies to meet the bank's objectives and sales targets.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Syndicate Loans.
• Proactive, results-driven, and possessing strong business insight.
• Analytical with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for the Senior Syndicate Loan Manager position.
