Job Duties: 

• Oversee the transition from development to bulk production.
• Collaborate with garment factories to secure the best pricing.
• Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams regarding development matters.
• Monitor suppliers and the production landscape to stay updated on market conditions.
• Work alongside local and international technical teams to meet brand specifications, including fit, yarn, color, wash, general quality assurance, and production methods.
• Review tech packs and samples with the fit technician to confirm adherence to product requirements.
• Coordinate with the Yarn team to guarantee timely submission of quality and secure approvals.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with all stakeholders.
• Provide clients with updated market insights related to styles, fabrics, delivery timelines, etc.
• Share information about competitors’ activities as it pertains to market access.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sweater apparel.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in apparel sourcing and production.
• Strong technical expertise in yarn and sweater production.
• Detail-oriented with excellent planning and coordination abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (proficient in English).
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in MS Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
