Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough on-site inspections at shopping malls and merchant locations to ensure proper POSM display and maintenance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mall partners and merchant staff to support campaign implementation
- Develop and deliver effective training programs for merchant staff to improve payment method promotion
- Monitor campaign execution, identify issues, and implement corrective actions
- Gather and evaluate merchant and partner feedback in a timely manner, acting as the primary contact point between external partners and internal departments to enhance campaign results and partnership satisfaction.
- Work with internal teams to provide insights and improve campaign strategies
- Prepare detailed reports on site visits, training results, and operational status
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of client-facing experience in retail, partnerships, business development or marketing operations.
- Experience in delivering training and presentations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities and follow-ups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English are preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently to different mall and merchant locations as needed.
