Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing office supplies.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Travel to Mainland will be required
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office clerical role.
- Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (both spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
