Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships to enhance engagement and loyalty, focusing on health and wellness services.
- Drive client bookings by proactively identifying and responding to client needs and preferences.
- Upsell and cross-sell health and wellness products and services to existing clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their goals and needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on various business projects to enhance client experience and service offerings.
- Gather and analyze market information and the latest corporate health and wellness trends to evaluate market position and ensure competitive offerings.
- Achieve sales targets set by management, focusing on expanding the client base and increasing revenue through enhanced client interactions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve programs and client solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in medical and healthcare, insurance, financial services, or employee benefits.
- Proven ability to cultivate and manage client relationships, with a focus on health and wellness.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passionate about health and wellness, with a proactive approach to client service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a solid understanding of business acumen.
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
