Customer Service ( Night Shifted is needed ) ( Email Focus )

Responsibilities :

  • Handle and resolve client's and partner's queries through phone and digital channels ( live chat, email ) in a timely, efficient & professional manner
  • Liaise and collaborate with other related business units to resolve customer queries
  • Provide cross-department assistance and support as necessary
  • Provide daily support to the supervisor and participate in ad hoc projects.

 

Requirements : 

  • Diploma or above with at least 1 years of customer service experience
  • Fluency in spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) is essential
  • Good PC knowledge, especially typing ( Chinese Word Processing )
  • Customer service oriented, helpful, independent and with strong initiative
  • Attention to detail and good communication skills
  • Willing to work on shift
