Customer Service Officer, Night Shift ( 15:00 - 12:00 ) ( IT Gaming Mobile App )

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to our products and services.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while managing customer interactions.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English and Chinese typing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
  • Interest in IT and gaming is essential.
  • Higher diploma or degree in Technology, IT, or Hotel Management preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

客戶服務夜班專員
工作時間:下午3點至午夜12點

職責:

  • 提供高效且專業的客戶服務,解決客戶的查詢和問題。
  • 處理客戶反饋,並向管理團隊提供改善建議。

  • 能夠在夜間工作,並適應靈活的工作時間。
