IT Helpdesk / Deskside Support l NIGHT SHIFT

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding our products, services, and policies.
  • Assist users with account-related issues, including deposits, withdrawals, and trading inquiries.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while addressing customer concerns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Requirements

  • Computer Science degree / any IT-related experience is a MUST!
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the finance or technology sector.
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
