Requirements
- Computer Science degree / any IT-related experience is a MUST!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the finance or technology sector.
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
