Responsibilities:

• Assist management of Wealth Management department to drive the Investment and equities sales and business 
• Familiarize with all WM and equities products and related sales processes available on the platform and be aware of any information update from time to time 
• Work with PDRR and Sales Training closely to get latest product and regulatory updates and align sales directly with the company’s overall business strategy 
• Help frontline staff familiarize with all product related information, sales process and regulatory requirements on WM and equities business from time to time 
• Be creative to set strategies / programs / briefings etc. to educate / influence and uplift depth of participations / no of participants and volume of business of specific products
• Assist frontline Wealth Managers to boost WM & Equities products to enhance selling and objection handling skills, and to accompany frontline Wealth Managers to attend client meetings when requited. 
• Work closely with Sales support teams of Wealth Management to ensure all Wealth Managers are compliant with internal control procedures and regulatory requirements 
• Provide sales updates to supervisor / management on a regular basis 
• Lead the Wealth Managers to meet certain KPI for the growth of investment and equities sales and business

Requirements:

• University preferred. Degree holder preferably in Business, Finance or Economics 
• SFC License Type 1, 4 
• 5-8 years’ related sales experience in financial industry
• Sales experience in investment products (e.g. Mutual Funds, Bond, Structured Products, etc.) 
• Sound knowledge in financial market and industry, product knowledge in Mutual Funds, Bonds, Structured Products 
• Basic skills in using financial information systems such as Bloomberg and MorningStar
• Practical PC knowledge, particularly Word and Excel  
• Good command in both spoken and written Chinese (Putonghua preferred) and English 
• A fast learner and able to deliver consistent performance under pressure 
• Objective-Oriented, responsible and flexible
