Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- More than ten years of marketing operation experience with about 5 years experiences in blockchain industry and 3 years team management experience
- Experienced in designing and executing growth-oriented marketing strategies, with systematic hands-on experience in user acquisition and retention
- Good at data-oriented decision-making methods, with strong analytical ability to track and optimize marketing performance.
- Always pay attention to the industry market dynamics, with strong market sensitivity and observation, quickly react and adjust the marketing strategy when market situation changed
- With excellent team management, resource integration and business negotiation skills
- Fluent in Mandarin and English is a must
