Responsibilities:
- Planning and Leadership
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Direct to Customer (DTC) business unit to drive growth and enhance customer engagement.
- Lead, inspire, and manage a cross-functional team to achieve business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the DTC sector.
- Utilize customer feedback and data analytics to refine strategies and improve the customer experience.
- Build and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue generation through direct-to-consumer channels.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust approaches to meet or exceed targets.
- Ensure operational efficiency across all DTC processes including order fulfillment, customer service, and returns management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational performance.
- Develop and manage budgets for the DTC unit, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
Requirements:
- At least total of 8 years of experience in the similar industry (Mobile accessories)
- At least 3-5 years in a leadership role, managing cross-functional teams.
- Tertiary education qualification
- Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese and English
