We are looking for 4 officers who specialise in data entry and admin work for our client. These positions offer a fixed-term contract from January 1 to March 31, 2025, providing an opportunity to excel in accurate data management, compliance, and team leadership within a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately input, update, and maintain employee records in databases.
- Organize and manage employee records to ensure accessibility and currency.
- Ensure compliance with data management policies and confidentiality procedures.
- Support various administrative functions as needed.
- Lead a small team to ensure quality data entry within specified timelines.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in administration or relevant subject is preferred
- At least 1-2 years experience as Administrative Assistant or Human Resources Assistant
- Experience in Share Services Team would be preferrable
- Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
- Candidate with leading small team experience would be considered as Senior Officer role
- Able to work from Jan 2025 is a must
