Our client is a leading insurance company, they are currently looking for a Contract Administrative Assistant to support the team.
Responsible:
- Track project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Support manager in conducting project meetings and maintaining project documentation
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
- Experience in project management, with a focus on insurance projects / data management projects is a plus
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize. Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required
- Good knowledge on various MS Office functions.
- Able to perform tasks proactively and prudently.
