Job Responsibilities
- Provide legal and regulatory advice to management and functional teams, offering practical and timely solutions
- Review, draft and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts and legal documents, ensure compliance with local laws
- Ensure the smooth operation and optimize the efficiency of the legal department
- Conduct legal and regulatory research on multi-jurisdictional laws and manage the filing system
- Liaise with external lawyers, other professionals and regulatory bodies
- Provide support in the management of intellectual property and trademark matters
- Perform ad hoc tasks as requested
- University degree in LLB/LLM or equivalent, candidates with a solicitor qualification is preferred
- Minimum 8 years relevant working experience in sizeable capacity with PRC experience
- Independent, self-motivated, proactive, responsible and able to work under pressure
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Diligent, self-motivated and have a strong sense of responsibility
