Job Description:
- Support Project/Product Manager in planning, coordinating, and communicating project activities.
- Aid in developing project management standards and maintaining project documentation.
- Contribute to enhancing project management practices through feedback and improvement initiatives.
- Efficiently manage product and service information in the knowledge base (KM).
- Assist with team administrative tasks such as budgeting, expense tracking, and resource allocation.
- Support governance activities to ensure policy compliance.
- Manage necessary documentation and approvals for team initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of PMO working experience in IT Projects coordination and administration.
- Experience in Microsoft Project, Jira, Coding, 飛書.
- Good team player, self-motivated, independently, good communication skills and hard working.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with conversational Mandarin.
