Responsibilities:
- Work closely together with product owners to develop a rollout plan for several IT products for the APAC region.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for new IT applications or enhancements to existing ones.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and functionalities
- Work with development teams to design, develop, and implement IT applications
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate applications with existing systems and databases.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality, performance, and security of applications.
- Provide support to end-users, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to applications.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure users are proficient in utilizing new or updated applications.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for applications, including user manuals, technical documentation, and change logs.
- Act as a liaison and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and IT support, to ensure the success of application projects.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
- 3 years or above of relevant working experience.
- Knowledge in ERP systems or eCommerce systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good command of written and spoken English; Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage.
