Responsibilities:

• Work closely together with product owners to develop a rollout plan for several IT products for the APAC region.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for new IT applications or enhancements to existing ones.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and functionalities
• Work with development teams to design, develop, and implement IT applications
• Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate applications with existing systems and databases.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality, performance, and security of applications.
• Provide support to end-users, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to applications.
• Conduct training sessions to ensure users are proficient in utilizing new or updated applications.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for applications, including user manuals, technical documentation, and change logs.
• Act as a liaison and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and IT support, to ensure the success of application projects. 

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• 3 years or above of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge in ERP systems or eCommerce systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of written and spoken English; Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage.
